Bar Codes to be Added with More Data
The major use of new symbols is helping to streamline operations for a speed bump in checkout process. For past few years many supermarket chains have switched to scanned, miniaturized Data bar labels. Instead of entering pin numbers in looking for a price, cashiers can now scan the data bars. This process his quicker and more accurate. It also prevents cashier mistaking organic vegetables for less expensive.
In the future Bar codes will be read from cell phones rather using from strips of paper. The mobile marketing company tells that people can take a image of a coupon code directly and hold out for scanning by a cashier. The couple code will be small enough to get into the display of cell phones. Later the same company take responsibility in erasing the coupons from the cell phone after they have scanned at the supermarket, thus reducing coupon fraud.

More Women die of Heart Attack
Women who suffer from chest pain will have clear arteries, when tests performed. This is because the disorder called micro vascular disease. Women with blocked coronary arteries tend to be older than men.These women suffer from cholesterol and diabetes, making surgery riskier and further developing heart failure. Women are less likely to have a successful outcome after a heart surgery, because they have smaller blood vessels.
These things indicates the prevention of early heart disease in women. High blood pressure and cholesterol are the major reasons of getting heart disease and its essential to treat them. For these reasons women can do exercise, avoid smoking and lose weight. Warnings of heart disease in women include Heart Burn, weakness , anxiety, and shortness of breath. When experiencing Heart attack one should not wait till the pain pass or manage themselves by lying down sidewards and cough until the pain recovers. This way we could avoid more risk and later admitted to hospital.

Today's Mystics
Modern life is getting busy, but the modern vision doesn't exclude it. There is no call to shun the world for asceticism, to shrink way making and spending money. We go to our daily business make money save it for the future race. We can incorporate this by doing yoga or other relaxation exercises.The transformation will be made between mind and body. The body plays the total perfection of man.There must be physical exercise to maintains one's health.
Mental cases takes the other side. They ruin our happiness increase the suspicion, envy and anger.Meditation will put up our sorrows beside. They should be done in dynamic and purposeful manner. Evolution is an adventure of consciousness. Normally we are busy with our outer life. Men is a transitional being. He's not final.Today,man is a mental being enslaved to life and matter.We have to grow into the next evolution. Each one of us should take a chance to collaborate in our own destiny. It all can be done if we realize that we are a modern day mystics.

Loosing my shape
Couples of months ago, I stopped hitting gym and that is a possible reason why I lost shape in my body. I don't find time in doing my regular exercises. This makes me to look like a tired guy. I find myself sleepy in most of the hours. I will sleep in the cab , during lunch break and again at home. Getting long sleeping hours, but not a proper intake of food. I want to some how manage time in retaining my body level. I should make a schedule for my weekly exercise and I should try eating different kind of stuffs, which could bring my body back to shape. I also want to spent some time for my body relax, so that there could be possible regain of metabolism in my body.

Daily Routine in my Life
Life is getting much interesting as days pass by. I don't have proper time to eat and sleep. My day starts by evening 4 pm. I will get up from my bed. As soon as I get up, I will look for my cell phone and check for the message from message from the cab driver. Accordingly I will brush my teeth and have a shower. I eat little some snacks and dress up. Later I call up the cab driver and confirm his presence to my home; else I should take my bike to office. Around 5:30 I will get my cab right in front of my home. I would be the first person to get into the cab. I start sleeping within first 10 minutes as soon as I get into the cab and wake up exactly by 7:10. I will go to cafeteria directly and will have some snacks. Finally I hit to production floor by 7:25.
I will log into my phone by 7:30. There my work starts, I will be having a half an hour break by 12:00 am. My shift time ends by 5:30. After half an hour my cab will start back to home. Again I will sleep in the cab. I will reach home around 7:00 am. I will check my e-mails and will have my break fast before 9:00 and get to bed. Around 2:30 pm, I’ll wake up and have my lunch. I would finish that within half an hour and again I will be back to bed. Thus waking up by 4 pm. This cycle continues from Thursday till Monday. Tuesday and Wednesday will be my week off. I would rather spend my time in watching TV and sleeping. I miss Saturday's and Sundays a lot. I also miss my time being with my friends on the regular holidays. Life is getting hard at some times and interesting on the other end. We learn many new things daily and getting adapted to it.

Technology makes us Dumb
Thus a person can be termed as dumb only based on the extend to which he relies on technology.
Our brain has to be made to work, if is to stay fit. And storing data's in phones will make the life easier but completely drain the brain. People who have an illusion of really being smarter than they are advised not to twist their life with gadgets.

I am big fish. I used to eat lot of food when am at home. My favorite dish is fish rice, American chops and all the Mediterranean foods. I like to take care of my health. I used to hit gym thrice in a week and keep my body fit. My dressing sense draws attention towards many people and makes me center of attraction of the tinsel town.
I love sports. My favorite sport is football, cricket, and badminton. I was playing football during my school days. We won many matches during our school days. I was a defender in my team. Apart from sports, I like swimming. I feel comfortable, when am left alone in a large swimming pool. I am big movie buff. You name a movie; I can give you a complete story of that movie.
When talking about my family. I have a huge family with many relations in my side. I got many friends in my life. I can differentiate my friends as school mates, college friends, colleagues at my work place. Every one is nice to me. I am gifted to have them in my life. I am a cool shouldered guy; I don't get temper in my life. I used to visit beaches every month and spent my leisure time. Not to mention this, I am a very good racer! I used to speed up as much as I can. I like to have a head start when realized from a signal.
