Texting Made Easy

Text-messaging short-hand becomes increasingly widespread in emails, text messages etc. It's ambiguous and becoming rigueur. The decoding of this kind of text is little tuff to an individual, Mastering the lingo can help texting very easy. There are many jargon's used to communicate the text between friends. For example if it takes more to learn stuff, the code word used is WOMBAT ("Waste of money, brains and time"). There is a lot of confusion in English translation resources. The term WRUD (“What are you doing?") and TTYL ("Talk to you later") has become texting terms for millions of users.

Few dictionaries like Merriam-Webster have recognized the texting in short hand and added these sources in their editions. The AP style book also includes few words in their dictionary like IMO ("In my opinion"), ROFL (Rolling on the floor laughing"), and BFF (“Best friends forever"). People commonly use LOL (“Laugh at loud"), and OMG ("Oh my god") which is now included in M-W dictionary. These abbreviations are becoming the part of our language now-a-days. Few texts are discovered because it involves in such activities that their parents should not take a note of them POS (“Parent over shoulder"), LMIRL (“Let’s meet in real life”). New Technique which reveals about how continents were formed

I heard a recent news about the scientists who have developed a new technique which reveals them how the continents which were formed initially. The new technique which allows them to know how the rare minerals evolved from the ancient rocks. This will help them in determining the formation of earth's continent billion years ago. By analyzing the composition of minerals, scientists can predict the date of formation of ancient volcano rocks.

By aligning the formation of similar rocks which have same age and composition scientists could determine the early land masses which were clubbed together. In a Geological survey, it explains much of the geology which exists today were formed around 300 million years ago when the super continent pangea existed. By analyzing the rocks which formed when the continent shifted can help in reconstruction of land masses which existed early.

Scientists too discovered that molten magma, which prevails in the center of the earth filled the cracks formed during the shift of the continents. The magma cools down as years pass by to form a veins of basalt - a volcano rock, which has magnetic composition reveals about the rock formation. By combining these rocks formed in a volcano scientists could determine the age. Some of the ages could not be determined still because their formation had different composition of minerals. Now-a-days with the help of new techniques, scientists can recover minerals such as baddeleylite.

Happiest moment in my life

It was my usual day to work. I started my shift in a very lethargic manner. Frankly telling, I don't like my job from the beginning, when I joined this job. It was around midnight 11:30 pm, I had to take a call. The guy called from some where near to the down east of Great Britain. The guy came with an issue, which should be fixed on his computer. I attended his case just like other calls. He was so patient to take all my instructions through phone. I like the way he narrated the problem to me.

I took his computer in a remote session and worked on resolving the issue. At First I got impressed by his wall paper. Folks! Guess what would be there in his Desktop? It's not a picture of neither a women nor a model. It was neat picture of his dog with green back ground. The dog was white in color with fluffy hair around it. I questioned him about origin of the dog. He answered very politely that "he was from the other side of Scotland". I got impressed by his speech. Later he was telling about in and around of his living place. He told me about the places he visited earlier in and around United kingdom. He was teaching me how their door numbers were formed and their addresses have been generated in their community. It was very nice to hear from that man. I had very good conversation with that guy. Side by side, I was solving his unusual issue. In between, I made a small mistake on his computer. I told him, what I did to his computer, I felt sorry for that and I explained him the complete process. That man was so patient to take everything. Finally when I was about to end the call, he asked me. "Excuse me sir , did you mind if I ask you one thing". I replied "yes". I thought he would ask something extraordinary. He was asking my age. Then I replied, " I am 23 years old". He replied "Do you want to tell my age to you". I told him no problem , you can go ahead tell it very well. He replied "am 83 ". I got surprised and was shocked in hearing his age. Throughout the call, I thought he would be some where around 40s-50. I liked the way he told me that.

I felt so happy in assisting such a old man. He praised me for the work I had done to his computer. It was almost 1 hour 45 minutes, we were on the call. He really got me out of the world. At the end of the call, I don't like to hang up. I was burst in emotions. I thought would stick to this job, at least for these kinds of people. Later I have to hung up the call and went had my dinner with full happiness in my heart.

Love Trap?

The web 2.0 era has seen youth flocking to social networking sites and more people are going online looking for love. Matrimonial sites have been put to shame as young adults, who have spent half-a-decade intensely networking, find it easier looking for a mate on social networking sites. But are they looking in the wrong place? I believe the net approach a good way to find love, has many pitfalls that one should be aware of. In today’s world, youngsters find the Internet a convenient place to find a mate. However, after years of being online, people still have a lot to learn on how to protect themselves from harmful elements. Although the non-confrontational nature of people on the Internet allows one to explore a prospective partner’s character before taking the relationship to next level, often they face disappointment. However, she stresses that one should always keep the family involved while taking important decisions like choosing a life partner.

Not All Roses

Some have had it well, but few people learnt this lesson the hard way. After a few months intense networking, they found everything is fruitful.

What goes around comes around

You generally find what you’re looking for – if you’re looking for a fling, you’re sure to find like-minded people. If it’s true love that you’re looking for, the search may be longer, but you will find it. But more often than not, gullible youngsters get caught in the net and find it difficult to get out of the mess.

Better safe than sorry

The website that tells Women warn other women about abusive and cheating men reveals many people are now looking for ways to check on potential mates to make sure that they are not already in a relationship- this could be indicator of a decline in the level of trust across the society. Checking out a new date online is something every dater’s should do.

Knowing About Our Body

Tummy trouble is common is metros where people have irregular time of eating. It's true in my case, I have my work shift between evening 19:30 to 5:30 am. I will be eating at different timings every day. Recently I discovered that am developing fat in my body. Then I found that due to shift in my biological cycle of my body, Fat is getting segregated over my stomach. I too suffer from a serious backache. Working all day on computers aggravates the problem. If this starts radiating downwards to the genitals, it will create a sharp pain. This pain will last for few minutes or even an hours time which may result in formation of stones in kidney. I pray god that, I should not get any pain ache anymore at my back.

I also face a problem annoying dull ache in the Jaw. It's because of jaw joint is over worked. This pain is accompanied by a clicking sound as I open and close my mouth. I want to practice oral meditation to fix my jaw problem. I have seen people faces several problems like Joint pain, pain in the big toe and pain around the temples during their old ages. The small joints of the fingers or any sort of hand movement gets worse as the age pass by. An X-ray and a bone density test can point out the disease. Similarly pain in the big toe points to gout. The rectification of this problem needs oral meditation.
